The giveaway will run from October 5th through October 7th. All you have to do for a chance to win is to comment on this post and you will go in the draw. Good luck to all who enter and a huge thank you to John Inman for the fantastic giveaway!
You can find Cindi’s reviews of the Belladonna Arms series (including Coming Back) here. It should also be noted that you don’t have to read the first two books to appreciate Coming Back, but it’s highly recommended that you read them all. Not because you’ll be lost if you don’t, but because it’s a fantastic series. π
Because I can’t not mention it – the covers for this series are gorgeous.Β
A Belladonna Arms Novel
Barney Teegarden knows what itβs like to be alone. He knows what itβs like to have a romantic heart, yet no love in his life to unleash the romance on. With the help of a friend, he acquires a lease in a seedy apartment building perched high on a hill in downtown San Diego. The Belladonna Arms is not only filled with the quirkiest cast of characters imaginable, it is also famous for sprinkling love dust on even the loneliest of the lovelorn.
At the Arms, Barney finds friendship, acceptance, and an adopted family that lightens his lonely life. Hell, he even finds a cat. But still true love eludes him.
When his drag queen landlord, Arthur, takes it into his head to rescue a homeless former tenant, he enlists Barneyβs help. It is Barney who shows this lost soul how to trust againβand in return Barney discovers love for the first time in his life.
Itβs funny how even the hardest battles can be fought and won with laughter, hugs, friends, plus a little faith in the goodness of others. All it takes to begin the healing is the simple act of coming back.
John has been writing fiction for as long as he can remember. Born on a small farm in Indiana, he now resides in San Diego, California where he spends his time gardening, pampering his pets, hiking and biking the trails and canyons of San Diego, and of course, writing. He and his partner share a passion for theater, books, film, and the continuing fight for marriage equality.

A big thank you to John Inman for being a part of the blog anniversary, and with such a great giveaway – I know how much you loved this one, Cindi.
PS: I love the pic/quote you chose π
Thanks, Kazza. The thing about John’s books is that there are so many quotable lines that I always have a hard time picking them for the pics. π This is a fantastic series. Coming Back had me laughing one minute and crying like a baby the next.
To second what you said, a huge thank you to John Inman for being part of our celebration!
Great serie. I love the cover on this one π I haven’t read Coming Back yet so thanks for this giveaway.
You’ll love Coming Back, Angela. And that cover? Wow. π You’ve been added to the giveaway. Thanks for your comment.
I haven’t read this series but I just finished Boys on the Mountain last night/this morning (and why did finish this at 1am – shiver). And moved over to Loving Hector.
Oh, Tracy, you’re in for a treat with this series. It’s fantastic, I promise. π
Surprisingly, I’ve not read Boys on the Mountain yet, but I look forward to it. I loved Loving Hector. I still giggle when I think about that book.
I died and went somewhere upward. OMG that cover. That cover. π
Isn’t it gorgeous? All 3 in the series are. π
John inman writes lots of different styles. I love this series covers and paulies. Thanks a lot for the giveaway. It sounds so touching this one. π
It is very touching, Jana. It’s written perfectly with just the right amount of humor to offset the serious stuff.
Any book by John Inman, I will read…even ones that are “types” I don’t normally read.
But I am still spreading them out, so I can enjoy a little at a time. π
Same here, Denise. I don’t even have to read a blurb of one of his books to know I’ll be reading it. Thanks for the comment. You’ve been added to the mix. π
Thanks for the giveaway. I hope I’m not too late to enter. π
Not too late, Josh. Thanks for the comment. π
Thanks for the giveaway. Happy anniversary. π
I have only read Serenading Stanley and I know I really liked it. I would love to read more of the series. plus some of his other works like Spirit and Boys on the Mountain. Thank you for highlighting him.
